Tonight Shannon and I wanted to concentrate on blurred focus. You can really draw a views eye to a part of you image by blurring everything except the subject. In this photo we wanted the viewer to look at the shoe first and then follow the leading lines to Shannon’s figure. We also used sepia to enhance the need for your eye to find the sharps part of the image first. For some reason this photo to a few more shots than normal. We shot a total of 12 photos before we got one we liked. Normally we only shot four to six images before we get what we are looking for. The pose looks very easy but to get her legs in just the right place took some practice.
We have started a Kickstarter campaign and would really appreciate your support. You can view it by going to http://kck.st/1Bgil1f
